Default Suspension Torque Specs

I'm going to install Tanabe lowering springs tomorrow in my 2015 GS and was wondering if anyone had the torque specs handy...scan from a manual maybe? I'm trying to avoid the old "torque it like crazy method" we used as kids on our Civics...thanks!

Did you ever find anything on this? I'm going to attempt lowering my car and like you said, I want to have specs and not just go ham on tightening lol

You can search the web for a site that shows torque settings for fasteners based on the grade of the fastener, Its size and whether it is installed with oil or dry.
