Great lease deal?
Is this deal as good as I think?
2015 gs 350 f sport, msrp $58,505, $2500 down, 36 months, 10k miles a year, $443 per month?
I shopped this quote at a couple other Lexus dealers and against three other mid sized luxury brands. Nobody else is close.
Thoughts? This will be my FIRST Lexus by the way!

I didn't ask to run it with no money down, but the $2500 factored put would raise the price by about $68/month, putting me at $520 a month. I live in MA, which is crazy tax burden. 5.2% sales tax, plus high registration fee.

This deal isnt that bad actually. if it was me i would rather keep the 2,500 and pay 520... yours is about 1k more than my car and you are pay $20 more than me... which means you still paying less and its a better deal... because on lease deals for every $1,000 more it rolls in $30 on payment.
Could you post the specs and options of your deal please thanks

The deal sounds very reasonable.... however it might be possible to squeeze in little something for free, maybe ask for window tint? all weather floor mats? windshield sunshade cover? i got the all weather floormats thrown in on my purchase

I suggest getting a quote with just your first month due at signing. And for your first quoted deal, make sure the $2,500 is the total due at signing, and not a "down payment" - they are two different things (apologies if you know this). I've heard of too many people getting drawn in due to confusion on this. And my experience is that a dealership will f*&k you anyway they can.
For reference on your quoted deal ... My quote here in NY (sales tax @ 8.625%) for 36 mo./12K miles was $536 per month with $1,443 due at signing (acquisition fee + first month + DMV). IF I made an additional $2,500 down payment, my payments would go down to about $460+/-. IF I made an additional $1,000 down payment, then my payment would go down to $506+/-. (Basic assumption for our area is $30 per month in the payment is equivalent to about $1,000). Considering you have a lower tax rate and that you are going for 10K miles per year - I'd say you could probably do a bit better (and IF I've done my math correctly). And you can see the deal I ultimately obtained for 36/15 for additional reference using the link in a previous post in this thread.
As @ls430lover stated - it's never a good idea to put more than your first month's payment and DMV in the "due at signing" bucket.
Let us know what happens. Hope this helped. It's a great time to negotiate firmly with the 2016 GS about the hit the showrooms. Good luck.

Hi Daveyboy1 thats where I just recently leased my 4GS back in Sept. Its a pretty good dealership just really make sure you understand everything that is going on when you talk to the finance manager. My finance manager was kinda sneaky and tried getting me to pay a little more then I wanted to. I was going to walk after being there for almost the whole day and he then magically gets me to where I wanted to be and through in a wheel and tire warranty for free. So def see if you can get something thrown in for free, just ask it never hurts. Let us know what happens or if you have more question just ask.

So, I did the deal as outlined in the OP. I own my own business, and this is a work car, so I have the added benefit of writing this all off. I got silver with cabernet, gs 350 awd, f sport. 36/10, $2500 down, 443/month.
Im really happy with this based on the above, and the fact that I called three other area dealers to price shop it, and nobody else came close! Lexus of Northborough is closer to my home, and their best deal, after going back and forth, was 16% higher!
Overall, very happy. I compared to 535, E class, a6, and Genesis. Dollar for dollar this was BY FAR the best offer. I also love the car. To me, all 60k luxury cars are nice, and this was best value.
Thanks for the help! Can't wait to pick this up tomorrow!
