How is this price for 2013 New GS?
2013 GS Brand New AWD with luxury package. I'm in Canada where prices are slightly higher than in the US.
$51.5k plus the government sales tax only. Everything else (freight etc is included). There's about 1000 dollars worth of dealer accessories installed. Based on exchange rate, it's closer to $46k USD.
I feel this is a good price and I should pull the trigger.

The sticker price is $64.5k plus taxes. So about $13k discount out of which $5k is from Lexus Canada. The rest is from dealer. This is brand new car, never in service before.

So, sticker is 64.5k. Take the 5k off because that whole discount should go directly to you, and you have 59.5. Not sure what the dealer accessories are, but if it is pin striping or something else silly, I wouldn't pay $1000, so let's say we are at 59k now. I think a good rule of thumb is 10% off msrp for a current model year, so we are at $52.5. I think a 2013 should have a greater discount than to $51.5. Not sure about supply and demand in your area, if there is another dealership nearby to give competition. But the 2015's will be out in 6 months so they are needing to sell the car quickly. Check the sticker on the inside of the door and see when it was manufactured. It has probably been sitting on the dealer's lot for a long while. I think you could ask for a bit more.

Pole Position
For comparison, on a 2014 GS w/Tech package, I was able to get about 5k off the list price by the dealer (plus another 2k cash incentive from Lexus). For a 2013 it sounds like they are giving you 8k off list, plus another 5k by Lexus (or 6k more discount than I got on a 2013).

If you are going to keep the car for a LONG time, I guess it is not bad deal. But with 15 model coming relatively soon, if you do decide to sell your car, be prepare to take a big bath. I like new car feeling like most other people but two years old car is like a used car regardless of its miles IMO...
