Speak with service at your Lexus dealership..I did with mine (and they completely suck) and they said they would do it but you have to pay labor to do it and make sure it's a Lexus part (from Sewell)

Yeah I'm dying to get LED turn signals on my GS. Knowing that nearly every high class car has them and we don't have them pisses me off. Even though it is something that small and insignificant I really want them

I did all my door lights, puddle lights, reverse lights and trunk light in under 30 min. Waiting for vleds to deliver my turn signals. It all wasnt hard to do there is tons of DIY on here that helped me do it myself. In San Diego im sure Tag motorsports can do it but you might pay a pretty good price.
