Has anyone tried Lexus' paint protection film?

My impression was that they just get a couple of kids to come in at night, polish and wax or seal the paint. It won't last, and for that my dealer wanted about $600. For $600 I bought a porter-cable DA and lots of supplies. I'll have to learn to do the work myself, but I'm enjoying learning ... Practicing on older cars.

I mis-read your note. Missed the word, film. You mean where the cover the front in plastic? I've seen some threads on this forum discuss this, but I didn't opt for that either. I'm still considering it for the headlights, though. Search the forum for the brand name and you'll find a lot of useful information

To OP, the film is not that bad. However, it's pretty visible on darker cars from a distance. It also does not cover the front bumper. I would personally go with aftermarket brands like 3M.
