If the dealership asked for MSRP or $5k markup would you do it?
Leasing 101 Suggestions:
- Know your MSRP.
- Know the invoice price - This should be your goal.
- Any rebates etc should be in a separate "bucket" with the goal to go below the invoice price.
- $0 down payment (You wouldn't pre-pay your rent on an apartment)
- Multiple Security Deposits to buy down your Money Factor is okay.

Different story with discounting in areas where Lexus dealers have no competition.
According to the Lexus site,MN has only two Lexus dealers.

Low cost is easy in our area's many Lexus dealers.
I have around 8 in a 40 mile radius.
Different story with discounting in areas where Lexus dealers have no competition.
According to the Lexus site,MN has only two Lexus dealers.
