I already had the fogs pre-wired since i have the base luxury model. Everything is just plug and play. All hardware is the same. Only thing i needed to supply the body shop are the JDM fog light bezel covers.
Yea.. I love this car now. I was seriously considering buying the F-Sport mainly because aggressiveness of the front bumper but decided to get the luxury instead because I really wanted the luxury package (espresso wood trim +1). Now I have both =D

I am completely jealous. I think i was in the same boat as you, loved the front grille of the F-Sport but wanted the luxury package for its interior upgrades.This is something i have been wanting to do myself but Lexus told me the lower grille insert doesnt fit the luxury package. Think i may buy both the upper and lower inserts and have a body shop try and maneuver that lower insert in there somehow since your pics have motivated me. nice ride man, nice ride!!!

Original vs F sport front grill
My front grill is in the shop getting fixed. Because of this post and that the two grills are the same price. I told my auto guy to order the F sport front grill and put that on instead. Do you remember how much a front grill cost? Thanks!
