Ryan's right on....!!
As I as already have been going over the cost analysis of all these switches plus lack of blanks...
I did find a spot to add a small 3rd party switch below the Auto Parking Brake selector.
Also, I found the regular GS Stalk w/Fog selector, online for around $120 bucks..
An experienced person can have the stalk installed and basically run one wire to the stalk pin for OEM like operation.
More to come...

Haha nice pictures showing different buttons. Nicely done there.
Still, I wonder what that blank slot could be on the (Right Hand Drive JDM Japan version)?
Anyways
Our F-sport GS here in Europe and Asia Pacific have indicator stalk with foglight switch built-in. If you know someone from Europe or AsPac, maybe you can inquire from them and get one (Left-hand Drive)

Yeah that I'm not too sure of. Maybe that blank is for the "F" button which gives GS an automatic 100hp increase? Future V8? Future GS F?

Anyways, here's another example of a two button only set-up (this time it's for the LHD Philippine version of GS350 F-sport):
Haha I think we're the only market in South East Asia without Heads-up display feature

I have seen fog light install tutorial on Nissan forum for non-prewired Altimas & thought maybe it can be done in a similar way for the GS?

Wow! Great info Joe. Wonder what installation would be like. I am guessing the wire harness that plugs into the stalk w/fogs is different from the one w/o. Prob a couple extra wires in there.

One looped wire would have to be routed in through the steering column and then be attached to the pins that control Fog function on switch.
My opinion only.. It comes out to One very expensive "Toggle Switch"

2013 Lexus 350 GS F-Sport Fog Light Addition
Being that I am in the USA, how do you purchase (or source) the needed parts from Japan? I was able to look the light assembly up online (81210-0D042 & 81220-0D042) but not the replacement cover insert (which holds the fog light).
Can you provide any insight or assistance reference how to order?
Thanks in advance...

@flipside909
I think I sort of discovered what the 'mysterious button' is (the one at the bottom of the 'auto' headlamp).
To be honest, it's hard to see..........but there is at least something there. Hopefully, we might know about it soon (I hope)

+1 most of the mods and future mods probably wouldn't get done without JOE Zs guidance, and knowledge. now if he would just take a month or so out of his busy schedule to visit N.Y. and lend a helping hand to some of us who require his expertise,,, that would be cool.
