Not sure about 2007, but I have an aux-in on my 2008. Its in the lower center console.

I believe the 3.5mm jack was standard on 2007 models. But honestly if you get a GS of the 06–09 vintage, you should install a vaistech unit or something similar (too add USB) – I put one in recently and the improvement over the aux line is substantial

EDIT: Apparently aux port is not standard on 2007 models

Aux should be in the center console box to the left of the 12 volt socket

My 2007 GS350 doesn't have an aux jack. The bluetooth is just for hands free calling and not audio streaming.

Since it has a 6 disc MP3 player, I can fit all my songs on one or two discs and don't really need aux/bluetooth at the moment, but I do have a GTA Car Kit that I used in my ES330 that I could transfer over if I get a Y-cable.

It's so ridiculous that they have bluetooth for phone but not audio.
