Default Question about rattles.

I have 2010 Lexus GS350 and I can't seem to get rid of the rattles. The rattle seems to come from the driver side. Any recommendations?

turn the radio way up.

or temporarily wedge cloth or folded paper into gaps to locate the rattle

I took out the cluster panel cover and stuffed a t-shirt in there to give some pushback between the cluster panel and the dashboard, that got rid of 99% of dash rattles. Now about the windshield clip/cover on the outside, that makes an annoying clicking/squeaking noise when it gets cold

Oh yes.. They rattle.. Some seem to go away on thier own. I have a sound coming from the passenger door as if a very small marble rolls each time I accelerate hard, so I don't accelerate had anymore.

If you have an imbalanced tires or bent wheels you will also feel the car rattle certain parts. Something to consider!

I was being facetious There are TONS of threads on our rattletraps that include pointers on how to fix them. Hit that search button and be prepared to read about as much as you did in your first year of college.

It's taken me about a year, but I've gotten rid of 98% of them after pulling the door panels 4x each, pulling the cluster 3x, the stereo 4x, and the entire rear seat and rear deck lid once...

my car is so old and worn out that I don't even care anymore. In a few more months, it will be a decade old
