The electronic throttle body is what control your idle

So is there anything attached to throttle body, or it is just controlled by throttle body and its "blade" itself ?

Their are coolant lines underneath that attaches to the throttle body everything else is electrical. No other controls the blade slightly opens electrically to control idle

This should help..Some manufaturers call it Idle Control Valve.. This is the Throttle control motor, same difference.
One note: If you do have a flucuating idle, stall or "bouncing" idle I would not replace or clean it. There's a procedure
in replacing such a unit and if not done correctly, the car will never ide correctly.

Idle is not bad but not perfect as well I would say. I think that normally should be around 650 but somethimes is like 600. When I am on D mode on the gearbox, there is again sometimes 600 and sometimes it is as low as just over 500 which is not right in my opinion. Is does not fluctuate, it is stable but sometimes 650, sometimes 600 and on D sometimes even like 520 when I stop the car on lights etc.

I have seen this link before but it is previous GS if I am not wrong. Throttle body in GS3 looks different in my opinion.

Maybe if your idle is surging, you could be running lean.. Throttle body may just need a claening, you dont necesarily have to remove it to clean it. If you do you'll need a new gasket.
Spark plugs changed? DTC codes (throwing any engine codes)?
Dirty Injector(s)? May try some Seafoam in the tank next fillup (1 OZ to a gallon of fuel).
