Remove driver side door trim

Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the driver side door trim? i need to change my side mirror housing. My is a 2007 gs450h.

I forget exactly... but I think there is only one screw under a small panel at the door handle then you literally just pull it off. It takes like 30 seconds.
