Exclamation Had a Blow out TPMS check System on

Hi Guys I know I don't post much but looking for a bit of help

Was out driving my GS430 this weekend and had a blow out so had to put my spare on, by the time I got to a garage I had destroyed the other front tire as well

18" spare and 20" normal tires to much lean inside edge destroyed

anyway got new tires fitted and about an hour after this the master warning light came on and the Tire inflation symbol with a message saying check System.

I don't have any sensors in my aftermarket wheels they were all mounted inside the spare and kept pressurised in there which meant no warning light but also no indication of flat tires when driving

I have tried to re initialise the system but no luck it wont go away any tips or tricks I can do its bugging me now

Help guys lol

wait if all 4 sensors were in the spare tire and you had to put that on, are you basically saying the sensors were rolling around inside the spare since you needed to use it?

it will eventually go off but it will take time. the system checks after 50 miles, if you stay under 50 miles per trip, the light will eventually go off

Sounds like you now have 4 broken sensors inside your spare rim.

It sounds like they may have just been placed in there I used. Lexus tech stream and cleared thefault and within 20 miles it was back so I guess I have 4 dead sensors now

I have heard a few people referring to a pipe bomb solution to pressurise the sensors in any tips on this as I will be buying 4 sensors within the coming weeks as I got a long drive across to Le Mans coming up
