Default Will it fit? Wheel discussion

First of some backround info. Car is a 2008 Gs460 with rolled front fender, shaved headlight/fender mount and the rear fenders have been shaved pretty much as much as possible, but not rolled. Car is on coilovers and ill be aiming for a lower, thought not hellaflush stance.

So i have been wanting these exact wheels (pictured below) for a while now. I know they will fit with not issue.

But where the head scratching comes in is whether or not i can fit Varrstoen es222 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 30et front and back. I know i would have to run narrower tires than i do now, which is not a problem, im just curious as to how much stretch i will need. I plan on putting in a 3.76 gearset from a gs350 so i need tall rear tires to compensate and get the gearing just right.

A member on here is running the same wheels i want in a +22 offset (pictured below) with Front tires 235/35/19 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 & Rear tires 255/35/19 hankook v12. I am ok using simaler widths but i need alot more meat on the tires, especially in the back.

Please help me out Lexus brothers and lets get my car of its current giant gross pizza dish drug dealer wheels.

TIA

9.5 10.5 +30 you'll be fine. Since you shaved/ rolled. I went the safe route with no roll in the front and shave in the rear and I need spacer to pull it out just a bit 235-35 and you might be able to run 255-35 in the rear. I ran 245-35 and there's a lot of space still
