The best wheel setup uses the oem width tires.

Youll probably want 235/35/19 and 265/30/19

Continential DWS06 make the size and are great.

Unfortunately they will not fit the IS. The offsets will make the wheels stick out past the fender for sure...likely the fender will just be resting on the tire...provided you can even get the wheel on.

Front wheels usually dont interfere with the fenders even at full compression, but the tires will. The rears will not clear the fender without camber.

Based on the rim specs posted, and that Superdowns are installed, and accounting for an appropriately sized tire on the the front rim, I'd put hard cash down on the fact it hits the fender...after the liner gets destroyed.

The rear might give you some issues.

I'm running 19x10.5+40 in the rear and I had to do a very tiny pull to get my vehicle to fully air down properly

I'm running similar specs ( I'm at 18x9.5+30 in the front & 18x10+39 in the back )

if you stretch your front tires (225 or maybe 235), you'll be ok. there's going to be minor rubbing

the rears are going to need camber arms to get them to tuck without pulling the fender.
