I have had good experiences with Lexus Service and horrible ones too. Last one was 60k service and cleaning up the interior cabin after having ac drain clog and flood the fllorboards. Long story short he had services performed that I didnt ask for and said that I owed 1k for them. I complained about it and spoke to the service manager. There was an internal investigation to see if I had actually asked for them via a phone conversation or not. The cashier told me that the specific service associate was known for doing that and I should complain to better buisness burea which I did.
I would ask about the extra charges and see why they are not included in the service. Maybe that individual is making the dealership look bad.
