Default Plastic bag melted onto my exhaust!

Damn I hate it when this happens!

Any ideas on how I can completely get melted plastic off my exhaust? A plastic bag got caught under my car and it's melted onto my invidia midpipes!

Help!

Same thing happened to me. It eventually burnt off after what seems like a couple months. It would be nice to know what I use if it happens again in the future.

You can start a campaign to reduce littering, clean up the streets, teach people how to throw away their garbage, join green peace, promote recycling, save more animals, reduce landfill dumping, clean the water, stop glaciers from melting .... Lol that's my rant on plastic bags

I swear I cringe every time I see a plastic bag just like when I can't avoid a pothole.

Man, this happens to me quite regularly. The only thing I've done in the past was scrape as much of the remaining bag off the exhaust, and let the rest burn off. The smell doesn't seem to go away for a week or two.

I'm curious about the WD-40 & steel wool?

Of course, I wouldn't tell you if it didnt lol. It wasn't a sissy little gorcery bag either. It was a huge heavy duty plastic cover. The one that comes with your flat tv screen packaging.
