GS350 power seat question/problem... Any help is greatly appreciated
Hello Everyone! I am having a problem with my drivers side power seat on my 2007 GS350 RWD.. When I try and adjust my seat, it moves for a few seconds(without any funny sounds, unusual movement or binding) and then the fuse pops. Is there anything problematic with the seat switch, a motor assembly or the tracks? I have checked to see if anything could be binding up, but didn't find anything obvious.
When I have a spare moment or 2, I will have to construct a circuit breaker to find out exactly what function is actually failing.... but figured I would just ask if there is anyone else that has experienced or is experiencing this concern.
Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim

Thank you for the TSB, morganc!
I do have another question:
Does anyone know if this will solve all power seat issues? I ask this only because I believe I narrowed down what function seems to be causing the seat fuse to blow. When I try to raise the front of the seat(doesn't matter if I am in the seat or not), the fuse pops.
According to the TSB, you have to completely disassemble the bottom portion of the seat assembly to replace the harness. Just making sure all this work will be for a solution. Book time on the TSB is 2hrs, so as a first time, this will take longer.
Thanks for reading this.
