replaced the battery today on my gs450h key fob....it worked fine when i got out of the supermarket and now....2 hours later NOTHING...i can open the doors with the manual part of the key, but if i do i know the alarm will kick in. what shall i do.

i meant the key fob BTW...

sounds like bad battery or wrong battery. we don't really ever have problems with those keys. did you replace the battery with a 1632?

I'm assuming you know that you can still start the car with not battery at all, right?

and the alarm shouldn't go off when you open in with they metal key shank
