Default 2012 Navigation DVD GEN05.12

Seems to be coming soon on SewellParts.COM for $165.00 for Club Lexus Members.

http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...ce/-/4977.html

For a person who own a 2008 GS 350 and haven't updated the map since original in there. Is it even worth it. Other than MAP does the DVD provide any other update to the system, like system functionality?

Can an individual install the Navigation Disc or is this a dealership instillation only?

I did my 08 GS. I don't see any difference. But a friend of mine who has a 07 noticed a change on his daily driving route.

If your city has lots of new roads, then it is worth while. I have last years disc on my 2008... The car is happy that I no longer drive on what it thinks are train tracks...

In 400 yards.... right turn... bong bong.... bong...
