Oh Damn a seized caliper pin!!! Need your help
I'm in the process of changing my front brake pads on my AWD gs300 but after replacing the pads, I couldn't get the caliper back on bc of one seized caliper pin..The bottom pin is loose but the top is frozen. I've tried clamping it, hammering it, etc.....But the damn stubborn thing doesn't want to cooperate..Any suggestion?

Yea I've heard a few people telling me to torch it but I don't have one. I've already tried spraying and soaking it with pb blaster. The pb blaster will only soak the top of the pin not the inside where its all seized so it wont do any good for me
I can't put my caliper back on so my car is just sitting on jack stands. what other solution are they? should I remove the caliper bracket and bringing it into a shop and have them blow torch it or should I just get a whole new caliper?

Yup, I've never had this problem before with the front. I'm thinking the brakes was never changed on this car after I bought it. I've tried vise gripping it and turning back and forth but it still doesn't even come close to moving up nor down.

Dealership unseized a pin on my old car for pretty cheap. I have no idea what they do but it may just be easy to put it back together and take it to Toyota and pay the $80 or whatever and let them deal with it.

Your car has floating calipers, unlike the GS350/430/460's. Take the new pads off, place your caliper back on with the top bolt only and tighten it a good amount. Then try to use the leverage of the caliper to see if the pin will move, using that pin as the pivot point for the caliper.
If this doesn't work, then try to applying a little heat and try to pivot the caliper again. If this fails, remove the bolt and caliper from the bracket and use a dead blow hammer and see if you can drive the pin inward. If that doesn't work, try some heat and repeat.
Last resort, remove the bracket and bring it to an experienced mechanic to get it off. Shouldn't be too difficult.
