Default GS450H european model lights ask

Hello.I have a GS450H 2009 european model,I am from Hungary and i would like to replace the lights.
What is the best units and best brand for GS450H lights(rear,fog,back etc.)?
I am new in this forum and i waiting your idea and help.Can i replace them or i must to go the car service?

Its best to ask member RenatUSSR bc he did the middle of the tail lights. (In the US we already have these lights stock, not talking about the tail lights that light up when you brake, the ones next to those)

As for the fogs, purchase a HID kit, use the DIY instructions, and install it youself. I would post up links to help but i am at work at the moment.

If you can afford it, go for the JDM HID fog light with LED daytime running lights. It's exclusive and looks great!

Most add an HID kit to the fogs in the front. Stormforge got the genuine Lexus LED fogs which are magnificent but costlier.
