did you mean Bridgestone Turanza? That has serenity technology. If so this link shows you all the sizes that tire comes in.

I live in Michigan in Bloomfield Hills and Ann Arbor. I have the Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires in size 245/45/18. They are more forgiving than the 245/40/18 standard tires. They do rub a bit when doing a full turn reverse but that is something I do rarely. The tires are amazing in the snow and smooth on the highways. I buy my tires from tirerack.com and have them placed on by my Lexus Dealership since they can mount and balance the wheels much better than the local crappy discount tire places which have poor balancers and cannot do a hunter road force balance check on my tires and rims to make sure they are fine before I leave. I always had vibration in my GS when I go to Discount. They do a bad job. Never get vibration when I go to Meade Lexus or Ann Arbor Lexus.

Oh how nice to hear another fellow member nearby. I had the Pilot Sport A/s once and they were horrible! They lasted 20k miles and had noise and vibration through the steering wheel due to aggressive tire patterns. I could feel every grooves and road feel on Telegraph Road and on I-696 and I-275. I couldn't stand it. I never liked Bridgestones in general since they always had some bad tires and wear out fast. I also would of gotten the new Continental Extreme-Contacts. They are suppose to be fabulous for our cars since they are smooth, long wearing tires and have excellent grip and warranty. I recommend you look at those if you do not want to have a larger size tires that I have on my Lexus. The primacy MXV4 has a 60k miles warranty and I already put 30k on them and they still have 60% or more thread left. I chose the Primacy because Michelins are know to have very good tires and reputation with the exception of the Pilot A/s tires.

I have the 18 inch GS430 rims on my GS300. I put the larger size tires to protect my rims. They are size 245/45/18 and the dealers are fine with that.
