VAIS LED strip
Did anyone else see this on Lexus Enthusiast? What do folks think? Went to web site below but GS is not mentioned.

IMO it's too tack-on christmas tree, the LEDs should be spaced closer together and the only way I can see it looking even partway decent is if they are installed inside the lens housing.

I agree that this is a fail.
I still like the concept of LED's integrated into the front lighting, but this ain't the way to do it.
LED's are now so ubiquitous that you can't really identify them with any specific manufacturer anymore. The new LS sport even has them in the headlight housing. I'd be really surprised if the 4GS didn't have them.
Don't we need a lighting sticky? It seems like we rehash a lot of this stuff every week. I count five separate threads on page 1 right now discussing various lighting issues.

OUT DATED!!!!! LED Bulbs are outdated as keys to open and start cars. LED Neon tubes i.e. GS rear lights are what is FUTURE.

I saw an IS (i think) or it could be a GS at Lexus Dealership today when i brought my car in for oil change, they had something similar. I look at it through my rearview mirror, so didn't get a good look how it was done. But it was NICE!

The problem with these aftermarket LEDs is that they don't look so good when switched off. When switched off, you see a strip glued to the car with a bunch of square boxes punctuating along the strip. Looks crap. You will notice that in none of the publicity shots from companies like Vais do they ever post pics with the strip turned off. Same with owners pics - nobody shows pics with the strip turned off.
