Ummm, I think that's the issue. They didn't produce paddle shifters for the 3GS...

I called those jerks at my local lexus dealer and they wanted 280$ each for the ISF paddles and I'm sure the whole IS steering wheel wont cost less then your 1st born child.

It is fore sure I have ordered the paddle shifters and I will be attempting to do the mod. I had the whole center console ripped off as well as parts of the steering wheel today to see what Im up against.

my first thoughts are that you will only be able to use the paddles when you are already in the tipronic manual mode. But I will try and figure out a way to fix that. either way 1 of 2 known 3gs to have paddle shifters will be pretty sweet.

I will try and do a DIY but I will wait a couple months to get you boy itching

Any updates on this? Has anyone installed these on their 3GS?

Have this on my IS350, I thought it was so cool and was a little upset my 3GS didn't come with it.

Two years later, I realize I've only used it twice.
