Rims with no lip??

I think Im actually going to get these for my wife's 06 GS
i was quoted a price a few days ago
...im just feelin like everyone's buying pretty much the same 3 styles of rims & cars are starting to look the same
granted some do look better than others (im talking cars in general not just Lexus)
so i feel u on just wanting to see a different look

I have a set for sale in the classifieds in real good condition, 20X8.5 up front 20X9.5 rear. love the wheels just want something new...

I've had wheels with lips and without lips. It used to be that only RWD cars had wheels with lips but now you can see FWD Civics, TLs, Golfs etc with staggered deep dish wheels which is lame and ridiculous.
Thus deep dish has lost a lot of its meaning for me. I still love how it looks but I like no lips and concave as well.
That said there is nothing like a nice RWD car with a quality wheel, nice fitment, stagered lip setup.
I also will probably go for some lips next time

No lip works if you have concave, the more the better. Very few wheels, actually only 2 that I can think of, I like with little or no concave and no lip.
If you do concave and no lip, then I would not do staggered. Just get the most concave all around. I don't see many do people do staggered setup with no-lip, concave wheels.
