I am sure it is possible, there will soon be a product from vais tech and may also be one from another company allowing video input, the issue is that the nav screen in the car wont ever be used to input into a nav unit. The beauty of buying used is that the premium for nav and ml is very small in used car sales....you may consider getting a car with those options if feasible, may only cost a grand or so in price. This is what i did.
