How hard is it supposed to be to turn the wheel? At freeway speeds, its supposed to be hard, but in parking lots, isn't it supposed to easy to turn? Mine feels the same at either highway and shpping malls. If I try to put my palm on the wheel and turn, its pretty hard. I would've guessed that it should easy as using a finger to turn? Not saying this should be that easy, but I wouldn't mind turning parking moves...

My only advice is to check the tire inflation. If the tires are underinflated it could cause the condition you describe.

Well, parking speeds, it feel exactly like my Sienna. Which is to say, I can't do any of those one finger in the steering wheel and turn. But it isnt effortless in turn the wheel while parking. Then again 245s might make a different vs the normal wheels that maybe Lexus basis its numbers on.

Maybe you need to hit the gym?!
Lexus steering gives little feedback. I had a Buick Regals GS (FWD) that gave better steering feedback then my GS. I think the wheel is harder to turn then it should be when parking (and similar situations). Maybe that's the nature of electric steering. Also, whoever mentioned the 40 series tires brought up a good point. There's more rubber to move then the 225/50's.
