The vents are in the center tunnel just below the driver's armrest. My bet is that your vents are turned off or your fan speed was too low. IMO, your points are valid and most have made the same complaints.

SEWELL LEXUS, DIY.
2. Why don't the mirrors on the side of my car automatically open and close? This seems like a common sense thing. If they move on their own when I reverse, couldnt they have easily had them auto fold as well?
SO YOUR FINGERS GET TO EXCERISE, BESIDES MIDDLE ONE!!!
3. Why do my stock 17" rims suck? I mean, they're decent looking... but the wheel well above the front tires is gigantic and the wheels really just dont look like what you'd get on such an expensive luxury car.
YOU COULD OF UPGRADE TO 18" PRIOR THE PURCHASE!!!
4. The ticking when my car is standing still. Yeah, I know its duel injection... but it sounds like crap. Couldnt they have made this quieter?
TICKING NOISE AS TRADE OFF OF 300+ HP, I WILL LIVE WITH IT!!!
5. Why aren't their some sort of air conditioner vents for backseat passengers? Again, most other cars have this. Why not in the GS?
NOT SURE WHERE YOU GOT YOUR GS, BUT ALL OF OURS GS DO HAVE VENTS IN THE BACK!?!
Thats really my only gripes with the car. Theres honestly no other car Id rather have too.

Not everyone wants to get satellite radio in their cars.

I for one love my iPod.

But anyway, I love my GS.. I was just making some points. Sure I can press that button to fold the mirrors, but then when I go to turn my car off at night its an additional button I need to press. Would make more sense to have tied that in with the ignition button in my opinion.

As for the ticking, I wasnt aware that its actually making the V6 engine quieter. Thats good to know and makes it more tolerable now in my opinion.

I want new rims so badly but my wife is all "i think the 17's look fine, you're not spending 3 grand on that!".
I've got a compromise you might be able to squeeze by the wife. I've got these practically new Racingharts for sale for 1500, tires for 400. Make both of you happy.
