Tire Pressure Monitor Fix (pics)
1) Mark the spot where you'd like to open the hole to install the sensor. You want to find a spot with similar curvitures as the stock wheel for best fitment. We are essentially installing a secondary valvestem. (remember you need the entire stem adn sensor unit from factory wheel)
2) Start with a small bit and drill a pilot hole.
3) Use a larger bits to open the hole just enough for the sensor to go through. Or to make life easier, use a uni-bit. I forget the hole/bit size... sorry guys...
4) Attach sensor and stem...
5) Try to position the new stem opposite the "actual" stem for better balance. You won't have to utilise as many weight when balancing the wheel.
6) Here's a view of the sensor from the other side after the tires been mounted...

FYI, if you want to avoid the drilling, you can purchase multi-piece custom wheels that already have the hole center drilled. When I purchased my iforged wheels they were pre drilled in the same location.
