Do you have power wires near your signal wires? Is the resistance of your speakers correct for your head unit's amplifier? Why is your sub running off a bridged signal for the front speakers? That doesn't make any sense.

I think you need to take your car to a professional, or read up on how to install car audio before attempting to continue.

I have a factory wires connected to my aftermarket HU iso connector.
Resistance? I just wired my speakers with official lexus wiring diagram! Not good? I need resistance?
I bridged sub speakers i have only 4 channel i don't have a separated sub channel. Not good? Why?
I read professional wiring methods and use it.

I don't believe I've seen any headunits designed to have it's channels bridged. That's probably where I would start looking.
There's a product made by beatsonic designed to keep the oem amp.
Or you would need to bypass the oem amp and wiring in a separate amp to power the sub.

You need 5 channels. And the front tweeters and woofers receive separate signals with high and low pass crossovers, so you need to have that in the system as well.
