Car is stuck in Park position and I can't shift into any gear. What to do ?!? Can't even tow because it can't go into Neutral ! It's a 2004 GS300.

Check fuses. I know how dumb that sounds. I would look at ones for the ABS and traction control.

My 01 Camry's shiftlock is the same fuse as the tail or brake lights. I blew the fuse changing bulbs live (I know that was asking for trouble).
I had the car IN the car wash at work and was flipping out. I was thinking: How the hell am I going to even get it OUT of here. Looked online and found the fuse issue.

Hopefully it is the same issue, here.

Also, there are quite a few threads on those 3 lights coming on. I do not remember any mentioning the shift lock, though.

There is a little rectangle plastic piece near the gearshift that can be popped out and manually push the shift lock down.

Turned out to be a fuse. On the drivers side, labeled "panel" there was a 7.5 fuse, but the cover reads it should be a 15 fuse. Replaced it was a 15 fuse and all is 100% again. Unbelievable ......
