The GS400 is marginally faster via a quick google search. Probably going to be a driver's race, I'd bet the GS400 just owns the honda on the top end above 80mph due to having 100 more hp. I'd say if you get a good launch in the GS(ie turn off traction control), it should be lights out for the RSX.

Yeah... the GS should take it from a dig and roll, but if anything the rsx might give a good pull from a roll. I ran a re-flashed RSX with some other mods way back in the day and it gave a pretty good go. Keep in mind the governor will have him thinking he walked you if you happen to take it that far.
