Is it a combo of factors for the Aristo? If it were bore size, that would change the displacement, right?

Until now, I though that the block and everything in it were the same from both, just the head was different.

A simple head gasket change would attribute to a compression change...

i replaced my rx 12v battery but not car wont start would anyone know what the issue is?

Check your battery terminals and the rx section of the forum
