Who has the better gas when it comes to gas stations?
My grandfather told me growing up that places like 7-eleven,QT,Velero, grocery store gas stations like Walmart,Kroger,Tom Thumb have cheap (no good) gas. He told me places like Chevron,Exxon and Shell have the best gas and their gas helps your car run better. Do y'all believe that? If so who has the better gas?

I don't believe it for a second. For one, places like 7-11, Walmart etc. get their gas from larger companies like Chevron, BP, Shell, and so on. They don't have their own proprietary blend, that would be way too expensive.
I bet you can find a "their gas made my car run like ****" story about every single petrol provider. I stopped at all sorts of gas stations between Philadelphia and Canada with my GS300 and found 0 difference whatsoever, driving the car literally all day. At home, in the GS430, I fill with whatever is most convenient. I even filled half the tank with 89 at some random station in a town along the highway in North Dakota this summer and the car was fine.

- This has nothing specific to do with the 2GS. Just because you have one doesn't mean that this forum is a dumping ground for every non-car-specific thought that you have.
- Forum search function.
- Better yet, Google.
- If you still want to discuss a topic as generic and banal as brands of gas in CL, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/car-chat-139/. Not only is this more appropriate there, you'll get more responses.

ShunDoe, please use the forum above for generic car questions. Threads in the 2GS section should only be about the 2GS otherwise there is no point of having model-specific forums.
Even better, use the search function:

Believe me, what you're asking has been discussed many times in the past so you should have no problem finding answers.
