Default cam bearing cap removal gs400 need info

Can the cam bearing caps on both banks be taken out without the removal of the front cam gear cover? I know the valve covers need to be removed, but i need to know whether it could be removed after me removing the valve covers only.
Thanks

Seems tho no one had any info, so I decided to do a whole timing belt kit with all seals to my gs400. Taking out the camshaft to change the seals was a pain.
