Hey Team,

So I purchased a Veilside hood for my Aristo, it was second hand and needed some repair. It seemed like a good deal at the time but it's proving to be a bit of a struggle and I thought maybe someone could enlighten me on my technical issues.

Problem the first: The grill - It would seem neither the factory grill nor my Kazz grill fit. I know Veliside makes a grill or apparently I can stuff some metal mesh behind there. Does anyone have any other options?

Problem the second: The hood strike - The hood is missing the metal striker that latches down into the actual latch. There are bolt holes to put one in, however the factory one on my OEM hood obviously doesn't unbolt. Does anyone have ideas on where to find one?

Can you post pictures of underside of hood where latch should be also post pics of the grille not fitting and mounting points so we can get a ideal of your problems

Ok yeah after seeing that picture no factory style grille will fit in there also you can try and fab up a hood latch but the reason it has hood pins is because they weren't using one.

Yeah you need the Veilside grill afaik
