Default SRT Air Filter Question

Got a used SRT intake for $150.
Works pretty good especially once the rpm's come up; nice sound, too.
But it came with what looks like an aftermarket air filter and I'm wondering if it breathes well enough.
Is this filter sufficient or should I try to locate a larger/original one?

Thanks

I would find a larger one. If not for performance gains then for aesthetic reasons. That stubby one just looks weird to me.
