Default Scraping in hard corners after rotor replacement?

Still puzzled on this one, I did all 4 rotors and got scraping noise in corners. I did some grinding on the rear and fixed it. But now, a few weeks later, the front is in corners. Seems worse first drive of the day, and then it takes a harder corner to get it to scrape.

I never scraped before.

My last rotors were OEM Lexus. These are Wagner. Any aftermarket rotor issues?

Dust shields behind the rotor? Check those thoroughly.

I've always wondered about this so let's see who else chimes in. Aftermarket rotors are made to fit numerous vehicles. They can be made thicker on the hub area similar to what a wheel spacer would do. So maybe your wheels are offset a little more than before?

Sorta what I was wondering, never heard a peep from OEM Lexus rotors. Figure one of the big names is the OEM supplier. Probably Denso or someone.

I am going to get some prussian blue dye to try to see what is up.

On the rear is is the groove for the rotor for the backing plate to sit in. I took off most of the offending backing plate to make it shut up.

Now the front. At least front dust shields are easy to move...

I had the same issue on really hard turns, I had no idea what it was until it stopped while I pressed the brake. Now my rotors are slotted so for me it was the pads against the rotors causing the noise. Between no using new hardware and the caliper slightly seizing, that was the cause of my noise. New hardware and regreasing the pins made the noise go away.

I just did front brakes and cleaned and lubed the sliders (they slide nicely now), but I guess this weekend it might be worth a check and see.
