Where can I buy this part? (headlight related)
It looks like this:

Also,
is there a diagram of the back of the headlight with part numbers and what not? I need to replace some little covers and what not.

Please check this website. Also, you can call your local lexus dealer and one of the part dept. can tell you the correct part name and part #. Do it to me all the time in my Lexus dealer.
