Codes P1125 and P1128
Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, just recently purchased a 99 GS300 for dirt cheap. The reason I got it so cheap though was because of the check engine lights. I've searched around a little bit and seen people that have had similar problems. I have the Check engine light on as well as the two VSC lights on, and the car doesn't really move until I floor the pedal all the way to the floor, even then it accelerates slowly. I know both these codes point to the throttle control motor, which I just actually just replaced and I'm still getting both codes. I haven't really gotten to look at the wires yet to see if there is a short somewhere, but I was wondering what else you guys think it might be? I didn't really seen any posts when searching that had both of these codes, most people just have one or the other which is making me think it might be something more than just the throttle control motor. I had the same issue on mines and replaced the whole throttle body sensors and all and to my surprise the vsc light when out and i didnt have to floor my car to get it to move, this came at a cost because i actually purchased a new tps as well and that didnt fix the issue at all, as a matter of fact that made it worst.

I used a ohmmeter to check the resistance of the accelerator pedal position sensor, throttle position sensor, and the throttle control motor and they all checked out fine. I was able to find a cheap used throttle body online, so I'll give an update once I install that. I'm also having another problem now though, I had my OBDII scanner hooked up to check the codes, and now the key gets stuck in the ignition. It won't turn all the way to the left unless I disconnect the battery, any idea what that problem could be? I'm guessing something happened with the car's immobilizer system, but is there a way to reset the key or something along those lines?

Well I got a new throttle body and got the same exact codes, I checked the ECU to see if I would have to order a new one, but when I took it out, there was sticker stating that the ECU was re-manufactured on May 2011, so that makes me think there has to be something wrong with the wiring harness, what do you guys think?

Now I'm stumped, I've replaced the throttle control motor, throttle position sensor, and the accelerator position sensor and and still getting the same two codes. Anyone have any advice and what I should start checking next?
