Default PCV confusion

Quick confirmation, I have an 03 Gs300 so i know i have the threaded pcv valve. I seached and some point to the valve on the exhaust valve cover and others on the intake valve cover. I want to inspect/clean it but I want to make sure i looked at the right one...or I'll just clean both. So which cover has the pcv valve installed. Also is the other valve just a breather then?

[I]The hose that have the line on yellow is the PCV hose. The PCV Valve It is the one in the bottom of the photo and the valve cover on the right side if you're looking the engine for the front of the car. Sorry I just try to help you nezlyfe and not contradict at bunny. But bunny is right, is very tight, so be patient.
