Removing Leaked Oil Around Spark Plugs
I need to replace my leaking valve covers on my '00 GS300. Oil has leaked all around the spark plugs and filled up the "holes" in this inline 6 cylinder. How in the world do I get this out without it draining down into the cylinders? I'm gonna change the plugs at the same time.

Clean up the oil mess before removing the plugs. I got a bunch of paper towels and cleaned up real good, then if you can, use compressed air and blow any misc. crap in the valley of the plug, wires, coils.

Paper towels. Soak up all the oil first. Then spray a degreaser in there and then use a shopvac (not your moms/wifes vacuum) to suck it, and whatver gunk is left behind, out of there.

I HAVE THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THIS!!! HAHA IT WORKED AMAZINGLY! Alright so check it out, you need a shop vac for this so im hoping you have one. What you do is, the shop vac comes with a reducer tip k, which I dont know makes it from like 3" to maybe 2" or something, well what you do is get yourself a 1 foot piece of rubber tubing thats 1" in diam. k, stick it into the reducer, and tape it well so its sticking out and air sealed, worked perfect I was able to stick the tubing directly into and over the spark plugs which ultimately let me such everything out of the ports, worked like a charm.
EDIT! your comment wasnt there when I started my answer dammit lol but
