P0420 Catalyst Converter location

Can anyone point me to the part number from the pic enclosed where is the Catalyst Converter is? I did some jobs at pipes and believe it has a hole in it.

Three total - #17400 (X2, first components on the left) & #17410

There was a hole between these parts 17400 and 17410 and I guess the job didn't seal it well. I got the code P0420 after.
