Default Need a quick answer for rim and tire fitment 98 GS

Hi I found a set of wheels for my 98 GS for the winter Front: 19x8 +35 225/40/19 Rear: 19x8.5 +35 245/40/19.

Will these rims & tires fit without modification to my fenders and will my BC Racing Coil-Overs clear the 40 series tires?

I know there has been multiple threads about tire sizes and I believe this would be considered a fat setup in the rears which I don't know what that means spec wise but the term I guess I get.

I need a quick 100% answer, because this guy is going to sell these wheels, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

(Have this in the wheel forum also, I need a quick answer because I would be picking them up tomorrow morning)

Personally i would be going for a smaller tire.. say a 16 or 17 for the winter.
