Rattling Noise

Rattling Noise
This noise has been going on for a while and its driving me insane. When its cold, there's no noise at all, once the car warms up, the noise comes out, sometimes minor, sometimes really ****ing loud. It only happens in drive and the lower gears, but not neutral or reverse. It is worse while sitting at the light, but goes away once i start driving. The A/C being on or off does not seem to affect it, but like I said, the noise is sometimes minor, and other times its loud. Some days, it isn't there at all. I'm ready to bring it to the dealer its driving me so crazy. I'm just trying to see if anyone else is experiencing this. It seems to be coming from the driverside front, but I'm not quit sure.

And while we are on the topic of ****ing irritating noises my car makes, here is one coming from the right side exhaust, no such noise coming from the left side. The video was taken when the car was cold, but as the car warms up, the noise sort of goes away. Any input would be great, my car is driving me insane, with the noises, the enormous amounts of condensation in the headlights, and the clunking left suspension, despite me replacing EVERYTHING, I am just about done with it.

the second video sounds like the heat shield from the muffler. because thats the noise i experienced when i switched my exhaust to aftermarket and didnt get it aligned right. but it went away once i took it to an exhaust shop to get it bent into place. hopefully thats your culprit for the rear noise. also, maybe something in the inside of the muffler is broken and its just being thrown around by the gases. that last video is insanely loud.

I'm thinking it may be something inside, I moved it around and it wasn't hitting anything. I also knocked on the actual canister and I didn't hear any rattling, so I don't know. I may just buy a used canister and throw it on that side as I really don't want to keep throwing money at this car. I've had it since 55-60k and it now has 107k, and it has cost me at least triple what t cost me to run my es300 from 95-240k in repairs not including just basic maintanence.

before buying another canister try taking it out and give it a good shake to make sure. its pretty easy, two nuts with an impact and two of the rubber hanging things and its out. i think with the muffler still hanging in the car it would be hard to replicate the noise by hand since those rubber things holds the canister pretty sturdy.

To me it sounds like it's coming from inside the cabin, specifically behind the dash. My guess would be one of the servos is acting up. It's more of grinding sound than a metal to metal rattle. Does the noise increase or decrease when you switch modes, for examples going from recirculated air to fresh air, etc?
