AC problems with passenger side
Hi,
I'm having issues with the AC blowing warm air on the passenger side. I have already changed the the servo damper and made sure it is moving up and down as I adjust the temp from max heat to max cold. Driver side is still blowing cold. Any suggestions is appreciated.
Thanks.

Just incase try this.
Step one have the car on auxiliary mode. While holding the auto and recirc button at the same time.
If you have any errors or faults the codes will show.
Step two press recirc and the system will auto calibrate. Do this 2 or 3 times for good measure.
Finally turn the car off. Then start it up and see if it worked.
Hope that helps.

I have already replaced the actuator and I event put the old one back for giggles with no success...and it appears that the old actuator still works since I still see the door go up and down. At least I can return the new actuator I bought.

I have problem with the AC, all sudden the next day my AC blowing warm air. check the clutch, is engaged, and the AC light is not flickering. In the manual says, if the AC light flickering, means problem with compressor. The AC light was solid green. I bought a can of AC Pro refrigerant kit, before I did the refill, I test the pressure first, when I connect the gauge to low line, is registered on the "Red" zone. I didn't continue the proses, I was afraid to overfill, any idea what was wrong with my AC? It's always blowing ice cold air before. Anybody has experience using AC pro kit refrigerant refill? Any input and suggestion will be appreciate it. Thank You. BTW, my car is '99 GS 300.
