Built A340E or 5 speed manual R154 swap?
Hey Guys
So the inevitable has happened, my stock auto box has started to slip on up shifts while under boost after being subjected to 565whp, so am at a bit of a crossroad.
Do I do a performance build on the auto - modded valve body, updated clutches and steels and possibly up rated intermediate sprag, or do I do an R154 5 speed swap?
Bearing in mind this is a daily driver that spends time in traffic and I use for ferrying clients around, and the R154 would require a fair bit more custom work and cost at least triple what the auto route would....
Thoughts?

As much as I like a manual, a built A340E is nice. I did the penny and dimes built valve body on the A340 and had a big difference after the mod. It is able to hold up to 700 hp and its a simple mod
