Cool cool

At the moment my current problem is I tried using nissan lugnuts on the drivers side rear hub and ended up EXTREMELY destroying the wheel studs to the point where even an impact is unable to free the lugnuts loose. Some just spin and some just stay tight. SO i'm taking her to another shop and hopefully they can break off the bad studs, save my rays wheel, and install the new studs as the shop i took it to today is compared more to like a firestone which I should have known better being a mechanic and a nissan freak I could have avoided this but oh well. I'm taking it to a tuner shop who says they can do the job without causing a giant hole in my wallet, so HOPEFULLY.....tomorrow i can finally diagnose my GS and take some good pictures.....if all goes well....

Here are some pictures that I promised...but my new falkens in the back picked up something in my rear dust shield of the hub I just put new studs in....man, i'm having bad luck with this corner of the car....but she's still pretty!

Side note, since hawaii allows only 6 characters for vanity plates....any ideas?

Now back to work I go.......v8 ftw

you couldn't tell the thread pitch was different when you tried turning the lug nut a couple times?

I did......but i tried anyway, made a noob mistake, and paid for it. Luckily it didn't cost that much to repair.

Ok.....so installed hubcentric rings since it seems the volks have been riding for awhile without them, found this out from my tuner when I had him repair my studs.....GREAT previous owner (sarcasm). Anyways, so i got off work early today and actually spent time tracking down and cleaning and resolving issues I first stated when I started my thread. So here goes...

Checked the relay for my VSC and why it doesn't work when the button is pressed and it clicks and seems good.

Also checked the fuse box by the battery, power steering pump, and oil cap and all are good minus the fact that i'm missing a relay for fan number 1. Is that normal????

I still haven't solved why my middle console 12v plug doesn't work and my cig lighter doesn't work.

I posted pic's of the trim pieces i'm missing and if anyone know's what they r called or a part number so i can replace them.

Last but not least, WHAT is this silver box on the passenger side in the trunk by the spare tire and why are the harness spliced and one harness completely unplugged?!?!?!!?!?!?!?! (Note: The car apparently had a sound system at one point since he left the wires for the ground and power under the driver seat going into the center console).

Now time for the pictures....

That silver box in the back in your pictures is the factory amp
seeing that you have aftermarket subs in there, the previous owner must hacked some of the wiring to use what he could

is there any name on that exhaust anywhere or some generic ebay thing?
doesn't look half bad, how does it sound?
