The circuits & wiring is in place, but it won't do anything for you unless your seats have the heating elements.

if your seats have the heating element you'll see a switch either in your center console or dash areas for the swtiches to turn on the heated seats. Could also be in your in dash navi/settings.

If theres no fuses in the place for the heated seats, theres a likelihood you dont have them.

Also, just because theres a place for heated seats in the fuse box doesn't mean that the wiring has been run. So do not attempt to just place fuses in empty slots..

lift up the console, if you see the wires/plugs there you have heated seats.

The simplest answer is if you have the seat heater switch on the center console or dash then you probably have heated seats. If those switches are not there then you don't have heated seats. You only need to be concerned with the wiring & fuse if it's not working or you install seats with the heaters.
